The UCHall - Akis Kleanthous is now ready to accept students of the University of Cyprus 2012-2013 academic year, in this fine student purposely made residence.
The UCHall was created for the sole purpose to meet the accommodation needs of students of the University of Cyprus in Nicosia. The location is convenient as it is located directly opposite the main entrance of the University.

The UCHall consists of 161 luxury studios, fully equipped and furnished, fully covering the needs of students and providing them all required facilities.
Among other things the studios include a kitchenette, refrigerator, desk, toilet facilities, terrace, air conditioning, smoke detector, as well as WI-FI, telephone and LED TV with satellite channels.
The package includes accommodation in UCHall and all basic services (Internet, Electricity, Water) for the convenience of students, as well as communal pool, gym and include all repairs / damages with just a fixed monthly amount, thus avoiding inconveniences related to connections / disconnections, payments of damage of these sort of expenses.
Safety is high priority at the UCHall which has a security officer, 24-hour surveillance by closed circuit television (CCTV), smoke detectors, fire extinguishers and controlled access to the building and studios using security cards.
